By Purchasing a ticket you agree to the following terms:

Macabre Arts Tattoo Festival has the right to deny entrance to anyone we deem necessary, and the right for the expulsion from the convention at any time for any reason without a refund! Absolutely NO fighting or obnoxious behavior permitted inside the venue or anywhere on the premises. While attending, you agree to be photographed, videotaped, or recorded for any and all venues of advertising for media or future publications.

Liability Release

I, do for myself, studio, and associates do here by release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless the Macabre Arts Tattoo Festival and the Crowne Plaza Hotel in which the event is held and Bryan Scott Medjesky, Grant Loveless and Tiffany Loveless, directors, agents, contractors and employees from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury sickness or death, as well as property damages and expenses, of any nature what so ever which may be incurred by the undersigned that occur while said is participating in this event. Furthermore, I hearby assume all risk of personal and client injury, sickness, death, damage and expenses as a result of participation in the event. I agree to follow all laws and rules of the Macabre Arts Tattoo Expo, the state of KY, and the Jefferson County Health Department.
